Our monitoring service connects your burglar alarm digitally to trained operators at a central monitoring station, where your system is watched over 24 hours a day. If a detector, window contact, motion sensor, fire sensor etc. is triggered, the operators quickly assess whether it’s a genuine event or a false alarm. In the case of a confirmed threat, they initiate an immediate police response.

Hazard Detection and System Health Alerts
When hazard detectors—such as heat, smoke, carbon monoxide, or flood sensors—are integrated into your alarm system, the monitoring station will also respond to these alerts. If a genuine signal is received, emergency services can be contacted immediately, and you’ll be notified via the security system app on your phone.

What’s Included with Your Maintenance Contract:
With Securitek our technicians will visit every 6 or 12 months, depending on the plan you choose, to perform a full inspection and service. During each visit, our technician will: • Test every detector and component of your security system • Ensure batteries are fully charged and all components are functioning properly • Replace faulty parts as needed • Inform you of any additional work and gain your consent before proceeding—no hidden costs.
